Dee-Signs Studio — Policies
Payments
To begin any project, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due once the project is completed and approved, before the website is launched or transferred.
All payments are processed securely through Square or another approved platform.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your project at any time.
If work has already started, payments made are non-refundable for completed work.
If you cancel before the project begins, your deposit may be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
Communication & Scheduling
Timely feedback and communication are key to keeping your project on schedule.
If I don’t receive a response or materials for more than 14 days, the project may be paused or closed. A restart fee may apply if you wish to continue later.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure everything meets your vision.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be $30 each.
Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Once the final payment is made, you fully own your completed website and any final deliverables.
Dee-signs Studio retains the right to display your project in portfolios or marketing materials to showcase design work.
Privacy
Your privacy is important. Any information shared through this website or during the project will be kept confidential and used solely for communication and project purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Maintenance & Support (optional add-on)
If you choose a maintenance plan, it includes updates, backups, and basic support.
New features, redesigns, or extra requests outside your plan will be billed separately.
